I hope someone can help me

I am getting this error when i try to update

and now my surecutsalot does not work....need it now for tomorrow project...please help

No I always use my icon on my desktop....right now when I click on the icon i get this

Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to acces the item....

this happened after I aborted the update....because of this error
Please call me I need my sure cuts alot2 tonight and now it does not work at all...had this error when I tried to update it to the new version 2.012

Try turning your computer off for a few minutes and try again. Do you have any anti-virus or firewall software running? If you do, turn it off.

I am going to shutdown and try that...thanks

I am a happy camper....I shutdown and then when I opened up tried my icon and it worked and opened the older version....I closed it and the turned off my pop up blocker and smart screen filter and my spyware guy and then tried the update and wella it worked.....so thank you so much for being there for me....have a great evening ( day)

I had that happen as well....just hit ignore when you install...it will install ...
