help l had to re-install windows and now l cannot get scal to work my serial number will not go in and let it register

Have you sent an email to Craft Edge? They have the software programmed to only allow 2 installations. After that, they have to change something in their computers so you can register it again. It happens quite often so I'm sure they can fix it for you quickly.
