How do I cut only the outline of an image?

I'm setting up a bulletin board in my class. I have 25 circles, of different phrases, that I want to cut out. The images are a PNG. I've tried the trace and cut function, but it wants to cut every line. I only want to cut out the outline of it. I would love to be able to just print and cut with my Silhouette Cameo. I've scoured the net for solutions, but I feel like I'm missing something. Could some one offer some insight on this? I'm using SCAL 6 in Windows.

In the Trace Image window, check the box next to Blackout. That will then remove any cut lines on the inside. If you need more help just let me know.:)
