No but I sure wish we could

On the Craft Edge download page there's a free add on program called Libitup. That will allow you to add your svg files to the library. It works in older versions of SCAL2, but it's not working for some members when using newest updates like 2.008

Lib it Up is not that great as it only hold 10 images and slows down loading time. Most of us don't use it. Instead we use fonts with shapes and keep our favorite svgs in a convenient place for easy access.
