Could use some help with these

I am working on these for SVG files but can't seem to get it right. Could anyone give me a hand?

Looking at your images, I think if you simplify (not the nodes, but the design) you can make those into nice cutting files. Can you explain what isn't working for you?

I am very new to the cricut and scal. I can get the outline but when it comes to the detail I can't get them apart form the background.
