when I try to move or remove shape from inside, it doesn't let me,could you explain?

Unfortunatly, that's a SCAL issue with both SCAL1 and SCAL2. You can either put the shapes on a different layer from the outer piece and when you need to move an inner piece hide and lock the outside shape layer (and unlock and unhide the layer when you are done), or you can move the outside shape away from the inner shapes, select the inner shapes and move them, then put the outer shape back in place. Hopefully this will be fixed in a future update.
