so if it's to be used as a stencil you'd want each colour on it's own layer to cut them individually. let's see what we can come up with.

OK, Here is the pig as a stencil.

And the yellow piece is a stencil of the area for the flames.

The ovals you can adjust to fit and copy/paste in the program.....

Try this one, each colour is separate so you should be able to select a colour and cut just that.
