I just opened the star one.
What an awesome idea and file.
Now for my inkscape thoughts.... the file is gonna take forever to cut as it has over 6000 nodes once I ungroups and changed the shapes to paths. I then tried to simply with the threshold at 0.0001 and the crispness of corners get lost.
because I LOVE straight lines, I have been sitting here getting rid of the "extra" thousands of nodes.

I wondered about it cutting. Let us know what you come up with, please, to shorten the time.

LOL.. Funny that you stated about all the nodes.. I too removed all those extra nodes.. Here is the file with less nodes..

Most welcome all... Happy that you all like them. Sorry about the extra points. i had no trouble cutting it so i never noticed they were even there. Always up for a challenge if anyone is looking for something. give a shout and i can see what i can do.
