Looking for a rounded rectangle for street sign

as an FYI,

to create an rectangle with rounded corners in Inkscape, you draw the rectangle (fifth icon down on the left) then on the horizontal under the icons is a "change" area, if you change the Rx and Ry settings you change the corners of the rectangles from the neat square corners to nice rounded ones. And if you change the Rx and Ry to the same value, the corner will be symmetrical.
