I don't know if this is going to work or not. You will have to do a test cut of the black part to make sure it wraps around the bottle. This file has 3 colors that need to be cut. The Wrap (Black), the Face (Green) and the Eyes and Bolts (White).

I was playing with your frankie too, I got this far but having problems getting the size right. I need to find out how to change the rulers in Inkscape.
