Beer bottle invitation

Here is an invitation using a Beer Bottle Shape and when you open it, there is a Glass of Beer shape inside.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to make this file work as a print and cut. If you were to use it the way it is laid out, the fold would be on the right and not the left. Print and cut would be great for invitation shapes, because you could personalize and print each invitation. Just need to figure out the folding issue.
