I have a brother embroidery machine and use the Embird software - is there any way to use this with my cricket??? Im new to the cricket thing - just got it 2 days ago or am i going to have to buy a different software such as sure cuts alot.....

If you are wanting to do machine applique, you would need SCAL to cut the material pieces, by bringing the same picture up to cut with the cricut machine. You have to pay close attention to the sizes of each in each program. I use a different embroidery machine and other software...it is a process to learn, but can be done. You have to iron on heat and bond to one side of the material before cutting with the paper cutter.
