Can't activate my scal software PLEASE HELP ASAP!

I recently had to restore my pc to factory settings, and now am trying to reactivete my copy of scal with no luck. I know i have the correct info, but it just won't work for some reason, I am completely frustrated because i really need my scal today for a project i have to have done by tomorrow. I have contacted support, but have yet to get a resonse. I was hoping someone here can help me. TIA hope to hear from someone soon!

So I gather you did not deactivate it before you reformatted?
If that is the case did you inform craftedge of that when you contacted them?

No, i didn't, I was unaware that i was supposed to....so what do i need to do now? (thanks for your response)

If you have used both of your activations already, you will need to contact Craft Edge with your serial #. They will reset your activations. http://www.craftedge.com/support/support.html

I recently had to do the same with my computer, and Craft Edge reset my activation for me the same day. I also had to install the driver, too.
