Need help with cranberry rake

Hi I hope someone can help me I am trying to turn this picture of a cranberry rake into scal or a svg .

Thank you i got up early and then saw that somebody needed something unusal so i gave it a try i used inkscape.

Wow I can not thank you enough it is so nice I can not wait to try and cut it . I have been working on this project for a week or so and just could not find a way to get it done. Rachell you are the greatest. Thank you again.
