How would I take a .jpg, .bmp and cut it apart so that i can only cut the parts i need to in a color?
Not sure how to really words this

exsample: Eeyore, how could i cut him apart and be able to only cut out the nose in pink. then have another file with another color of parts.
does that make any since.

If I'm understanding your question right one of these should answer your question, but the 2nd one needs info from the first one to make sense.
