DangI really need this!! Manilow cover

I went to a Manilow concert in 1980 and have pictures for my scrapbook. I copied the front picture of the program and am trying to make an svg. file but I must be stupid cause when I saved it then went to import it to SCAL there was nothing on it. It''s a fairly simple design but I guess I'm Inkscape illiterate. Is there a place you can go (and pay of course) to have it made into an SVG.file? You can reach me at prigole@sbcglobal.net. Did you trace your image? From the menu, Path/Trace bitmap. If your image is grayscale or color you may need to increase the threshold setting to get a good trace.
