I have tried to find a pig shape online to make some vinyl cutouts for my kids showbox and maybe some for my van. I don't want a cartoon pig, but a real looking silhouette of one.
I found a couple of images, and have tried to edit them in Inkscape, but am not having much luck. Can someone help me get what I need?
Some help please

Have you seen this dingbat? http://www.dafont.com/animals.font?nb_ppp=50
Also, you say you found some images that you liked. Are they photographs, coloring pages, or solid color background? The best way to make them into svg's depends on what they are.

this has an up eared pig on the left, that is more what I'm looking for, but just really need an outline of to cut on the Cricut right? Not that detailed of a drawing, but that shape.

Re: Some help please
The pigs on that page are a little difficult. The pigs on the upper left aren't full images, and the pink pig on the right is really low res. I right clicked on the pink pig, copied image. Opened Inkscape and pasted it in. Then from the menu, Path/trace bitmap. Because the image is so light, change the threshold to 0.95. Select OK.
Re: Some help please
YES!! I went back to the website, found a darker pig and got it to work. I can't thank you enough this is EXACTLY what I was looking for. What is really cool, I followed your directions but change the bottom threshold instead of the top and was able to lift off the body section so now when I want to make a pig with white face and feet, and colored body I have both pieces!!
THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!
