ding bats

Hi,
I new to all of this. I know what fonts are but not dingbat are, can someone help me on this matter, I just order a CE and was looking at this software for the machine.Thanks for any help. :?

hello, dingbats are a TTF, instead of a letter, each letter is a picture of some kind...if you go to www.fontspace.com you will find dingbat fonts there..they are amazing..HTH

I checked out the website you gave and did see some amazing images, but now what. Is there a way to download them into the SCAL library? I tried, but am not sure what I am doing. Step by step instructions would be great. Thanks!!!

You need to install them into your font folder. Download the ones that you want, open the folder where you saved them, right click on the zipped folder, extract all. A dialog box will pop up. Follow the instructions, but make sure that you unzip the fonts into your fonts folder instead of the default location. For Windows that is C/windows/fonts.
