I found 3 that are close. Daisy script http://www.dafont.com/daisy-script.font, Licorice ($) http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/typesetit/licorice/ and QwitcherBychen http://www.eaglefonts.com/qwitcherbyche ... -33726.htm

CK ALis Hand is really close, but not an exact match, either. Bet Ali Edward designed whatever it is.

The name of the font is "Digs my Heart". I downloaded it for free offline.
