Craft Edge

Im having the worst day when it comes to using my sure cuts a lot program. I just installed my cd onto my new computer, cut once perfectly, and when I went to cut a second time, It goes to the little screen that pops up says "checking mat..." and then sits there, and eventually another win...

I need this super fast if anybody is able to help, I would really appreciate it. Even something close to it would be appreciated.
