I'm trying to purchase the upgrade to 2.038. I verified my registration number and such and it said to go to the cart page and enter coupon code. It was already entered for me but I can't find where to purchase the download at. I found the page with scal 2 and gel pens and such, but I don't see a do...

I have the 3 layers laid out across the top of the virtual mat. I laid the 3 different colors of vinyl across the top of the cutting mat. When I send it to cut it cuts all 3 on the first color of vinyl in the right hand corner. I don't have a clue what to do. Thanks

I am trying to do 3 different colors of vinyl. I cut the first color out and then tried to do a shadow with the next color. When I move my blade over to position it on the next color, it doesn't stay. I hit cut and it goes right back to the right hand corner on my first color. I hope this makes sens...
