Re: What am I doing wrong?!
Unfortunately, even after a reset, I have the same results. DS works fine. I have SCAL 1 because I can't justify spending money on #2 when I've never been able to get #1 to work properly. I just ended up making the card with my cartridges. Not very unique-looking, but better than nothing :) Waiting ...

Re: What am I doing wrong?!
That's what I thought, too, so I cut out a bunch of stuff using my Cricut cartridges. They all worked great. It's something to do with SCAL for sure.

Re: What am I doing wrong?!
This is what happens when I use the shapes already in SCAL's shape table... This is a circle, believe it or not.

Re: What am I doing wrong?!
Sadly, I DID pay for this, and I'm more and more upset by the minute. This is SCAL 1, and I'm trying to cut an SVG that I made in Adobe Illustrator from a picture I found online. I finally gave up on trying to make my own cuts, and tried to cut an SVG from the forum. It can't even cut a circle. I'm ...

Re: What am I doing wrong?!
NCBORN, thanks for trying to help. Unfortunately, I'm still having problems. Here's what it looks like when I cut  This is not the first file to do this, by any means. In fact, almost every file I try does this, and I can't figure out why. I have changed the speed and the cut pressure, but to n...

What am I doing wrong?!
OK, I've been having this problem since 2009-ish, and I've asked a few times, but no one seems to know what I'm talking about. Maybe I'm the only one this is happening to, but here I am, trying again... I have an SVG file of a silhouette of some flowers. When I preview it in SCAL, it looks fine. How...

Low Quality Cutting...
I make my own SVGs using Inkscape, and they look great- the lines are nice and smooth. When I import them into Sure Cuts A Lot, they lose a significant amount of quality... And it gets even worse when I actually cut them! Where circles are shown to connect in the preview, there are jagged lines. Occ...
