k, mine is working perfectly the only thing is that I can't load my mat on the cricut none of the buttons work and SCAL is asking me to load the mat. What do I do and How? Thanks a billion. By the way, did I mention I'm like very very new to this?

Oh HeatherM thank you soooooooo much. I purchased SCAL about 2 or 3 weeks ago, but I had to get the USB cable and all and then it wasn't working with my Cricut so I was getting reeeeaaaally frustrated :oops: . Thanks to the link you posted, I just can start cutting awaaaaay!!! Thank you so very much...
