I'm having the same problem, it drives me insane!!! but i have a different cutter. Anyone ever figure out how to fix it? US CUTTER MODEL SC PLOTTER SCAL 3 PRO MAC happens on all dimensions. Really to be honest with you, a lot of vinyl is wasted bc the program locks ups and stops cutting quite often.
