I saw someone post that some online companies may have it while supplies last so if updates don't mess up the software or the software doesn't mess up my Cricut / Gypsy I would like to try and get a copy.

I have used many of the above suggestions as well as my brayer to get paper to adhere to a less sticky mat. I've also taped off non-sticky edges and sprayed the mat with Krylon Re-positional adhesive - voila! New mat.

Jancy I tried deleting the nodes but I end up deleting the whole thing instead. I had made my word, >object path> object union. Then I selected and clicked on the nodes button like you suggested. I tried clicking on a node then clicked delete, and everything disappeared??

Ok. I think I have it finally figured out! I can type letters and weld them and make shadows AND get the file to show up in SCA. One thing I realized I was doing wrong was that when I tried to open the svg file in SCA I was choosing "open" and not "import" It won't show up unless...

Ok, I tried Object Path, then Path Union. It doesn't show up in SCA. Then I tried doing those steps and adding Trace Bitmap and still nothing.
