color dropper tool?
trying to color match my text with an imported image, but when i use the little color dropper tool it only picks up grey?

Hi I am trying to print and cut my own sentiments using scal 4 (I also have scal3).
I normally have my sentiments in circle or rectangle etc.
when I go to print it prints the shape and not the text inside.Does this make sense?
Any ideas where I am going wrong?
