I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing, but hoping this will work. I've cut this in vinyl and it looks pretty cool.

thanks to some help from various ppl here, I made a shape in Photoshop from a jpg image, then turned it into an svg file and CUT IT OUT this morning -- all before breakfast. I'm so stoked! this is a really helpful forum... thanks everyone

I recently signed up for a skull swap, so I had a quick search and found monarchbats dings.
This has some cutie-patootie crowns etc as well as this skull:
