Can someone make a file for me?????

I have recently downloaded Inkscape and my knowledge is very limited. I need to make a vinyl cut for a sign, text only and I have a picture of what I need. Anyone who is good with Inkscape or at making SVG files, if I email you the picture that I have can you create an SVG file that I can resize as needed and cut the letters out? Please let me know!!!
