Craft Edge

I have been a silent watcher on this MB for quite some time. Everyone is so talented!!! So I figured I would reach out and see if someone can help me. I have been trying to recreate the attached except I want 1 that says Junior and 1 that says Senior. I purchased the attached at a scrapbook fair 2 years ago. I thought for sure I could recreate it on my own. HAHAHAHAHAA not me.

Can someone help???
