X-tremely new to Cricut and SCAL...

Ok, that's even an exaggeration. I do not yet have SCAL... I will have it very soon.

I'm mom to the most wonderful kids in the world. My son is 9 years old, and in a wheelchair, because he has CP and Dystonia... I'm saying that, because I have a vested interest in what's out there in the way of designs for T-shirts, placards, and window decals, for children and adults in wheelchairs...

I've played around with photoshop, and would like something like this for our van... The standard decals are a tad too benign for me...

I have downloaded Inkscape, and it's a complete mystery to me!

Anyway... Hi ALL! I look forward to being a part of this wonderful community of fantastic and talented people!

Best ~ Dani

Welcome aboard. Very nice decal. SCAL 2 should be able to duplicate most of it using its tracing feature. Except for the distressed "Annihilated"; "noisy" images don't translate well to cutting. If you can make that in Photoshop, you should have little problem with Inkscape and SCAL.

Thank you! I didn't think the "noisy" font would cut well on the Cricut. I'll find another, more appropriate font. :) I'm so looking forward to creating and sharing more designs with this wonderful community. Today, I'll play more with the Inkscape...
