Cutting stamp material- are detailed stamps possible?

I was looking at buying a circular address stamp. About 1.5-2.5inches with my name or monogram & address.
I'm going to try to include an example I found on Etsy. I would like for the text to wrap around the circle w/ the monogram in the center. I realize it would have to touch the circle in order to cut in one piece, so I know that it won't look exactly like the example I'm giving.
I've never seen anyone try to cut something intricate w/ the stamp material before so I'm wondering if you guys think it's possible. I'd rather pay $8 & put the work into it than pay $20+.

About 1/4" letters is the smallest that I have succesfully cut with Cricut and that was cutting vinyl.

Thanks Todd. I pretty much knew that would be the answer, but I thought I'd ask anyways. I figured if anyone had achieved it, you'd be at the top of the list. :D

Yeah, not even close. That Cricut stamp material is pretty much for larger and solid stamps. Can't really do thin lines with it at all cuz even if you could cut it then it would roll over on you when you went to stamp with it.
