Has anyone seen this as an SVG? It's a very popular topper. I bought the digistamp but am now wondering if I can find the SVG too? Here's the location: http://thecuttingcafe.typepad.com/the_c ... aped-card/ I'm looking for the file which folds over the top of a treat bag

I'm hoping I can use it for Halloween treat bags and birthday treat bags.

That is a very nice bag topper. I hope you find the file. I am still learning how to make files. It seems like it would be an easy one though. Just a weld.

I have an SVG of something similiar to the Stampin' Up! Top Note that works very well as a bag topper. All you have
to do is cut the SVG to the size of the bag you are using and then fold the topper in half, then decorate to you liking!

Thanks for this file! I need to make 24 birthday treat bags by Saturday and I'm so happy I do not have to cut these by hand I also have 2 Shih-Tzu's. A 10 year old and a 6 month old. Our family has had 4 so far in our lives. Great dogs!!
