Craft Edge

Hello, im new to sure cuts alot, recently just bough my cricut expression and now i cant get off of it.

I have worked out the difference between scut and svg files.

I have a scut file which someone on here kindly let me download from their blog, how do i edit scut files? Inkscape dosnt want to open scut files.
Can it be done at all? Do i need to download another program?

scut files can only be opened in scal as they are a file made in scal.
