Does SCAL run with Expression Firmware version 2.33?

My understanding is that some of the updating done when the new Gypsy is synchronized with the Expression and one's computer replaces the firmware with version 2.33. Will SCAL still cut?

At least one person on another board I am on has reported that SCAL worked fine after this latest update. Whew! Am waiting for more confirmations though.

YES it does!! Yippeee!!!!! I updated my Expression to version 2.33 (it forces you to with the Gypsy) and I just cut something out with my SCAL!!!!! Whoohooo!!! Maybe they have decided not to worry about it anymore!!! Thank you PC!! Loving my Gypsy too. Does have a learning curve. Put they have updated it with a cut and paste function (can't believe it was missing to start with!!!) HTH

I am expecting my Gypsy today...am hoping they don't block SCAL..I like both oh and I have 38 carts too..Scal didn't curb my spending...lol

That is great news. I got mine yesterday and I haven't linked my carts because i didn't want to lose SCAL. wuu huu
