Anyone have any ideas??? Saw some haloween shirts I fell in love with I want for my kids --- but to the tune of $44.00 each - no thank you!!!
I want to take a stab at making them myself but was hoping to find iron on transfer vinyl...

How about cutting stencils (freezer paper) and using glow in the dark fabric paint instead?
