Double lines
When I import an svg file into SCAL 1, I get double lines sometimes. So it cuts two lines. How do I get rid of the double lines? Now sometimes the lines look great in Inkscape and a few times I could see the second set of lines. What am I doing wrong? I have watched video after video and can't find anything about double lines or why they happen. I really want to upgrade to SCAL2 but I want to master SCAL 1 first.

Re: Double lines
Search for ScrappyDew on Youtube. They have a video on this exact thing. You need to ungroup and drag away the extra object.

Re: Double lines
Select your vector, then from the menu Path/Break apart. This will create a solid colored image, so you will need to either view it in outline mode or turn off the fill and select a thin stroke so that you can see all of the lines. Delete the extra lines. You don't need to re-combine the remaining lines, but if you are going to do anything else with the file it is easier. HTH

Re: Double lines
Oh, yes, break apart, thanks Heather. That's what I was going for.
