Cricut create+SCAL

Hello everyone,
I have a CricutCreate with 1.52 firmware (I did upgrade with CricutDesignStudio). Looking SCAL, I looked the cricut firmware needs to be 1.51. Do I need to convert my cricut back to 1.51 (how may I do it) or it doesn't make any difference to use the SCAL 2.0?
