only cuts top half of project
I am VERY new to scal, just purchased over the week-end. I tried to print my first project this morning, and it only printed the top half of it... what am I doing wrong? Please help! than you

Your mat size and cutter size both have to be set to the same size mat.. On the right hand of you scal you will see the documents option size when you first open scal.. Set your mat size then on the top on the files option you will see Cutter.. Click on that and hit on cutter size 12x12
