Craft Edge

Hi,
I've been having problems with SCAL 2 freezing after I put several images on my mat. After placing several images, the whole thing freezes and I have to lose everything in order to shut it down. I'm on a new laptop so I don't think the laptop is to blame. Anybody else having this problem? I haven't cut yet due to freezing. Thanks for any help! Sonya

I was having the same problem with the first one SCAL . Now I purchased the second one and i was playing around with it and it was fine and then it froze it said Not Responding but it stopped and all my work was still there . I hope it doesn't do it again because its frustrating. If anyone is having the same problem or is not having the problem. We would love hear your input Thanks Pinky

You need to set it to work with XP instead of Vista. I did that and it solved all my problems. Go to My Computer, Program Files, Craft Edge, and right-click on the SCAL program. Click on Properties and the Compatibility tab at the top. There is a drop down box to choose from.
