My Wedding Favors.... Etched Coasters

I'm soooo excited that I found these blank coasters and can make the favors I wanted!!!! Getting them made would cost almost 3 times as much!!!!! These will be made for less than $1.50 each!!!!

If you know anyone that does stained glass, these are really easy and fast to make. The edges don't need to be polished. All you have to do is cut the squares and lightly use a glass grinder to take the burrs off of the edges. Add four clear pads and they are table safe. I made some years ago. Even using moderate priced stained glass they were pretty inexpensive. Float glass from the hardware store is REALLY cheap.

I love them! I always wanted to try etching but i thought it was too complicated, maybe i should give myself a challenge. They are beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
