Can someone help me convert this to a svg file. Its for my snl whose boys are going to state. Thanks in advance...Amber

Here you go. Be careful though, it looks like are lots of little pieces that may not cut well. If it doesn't, someone else here on the forum may be able to simplify it for you and clean it up for easier cutting. Good luck, and congrats!
