Can someone tell me how to set up a blog to offer free svgs?

I see blogs, but I dont see/undersatnd how to upload svg files.
Can someone recommend one to me? and simple instructions on how to attach a svg file to a post? I have 100's to offer that I've made and I practice every night so I'm getting better
I'd prefer one that people can join or a mailing list type thing so I can send an email each week with quite a few and also post them on my blog for people to find

Hi,
I'm no expert but here's what I did. Both of the sites I use are "free" for the basic package which is all I need at this time.
I went to Blogspot.com and created a Blog there following the instructions (which are not great). It took some time to figure out how to do it but over the past 6 months or so I've gotten better at adding and subtracting things.
I discovered that you could not attach .svg files within blogspot.com so I went to 4shared.com and uploaded the svg files I wanted to share. They give you a link to the files which you add to your blog you can add a .jpg picture of the file within blogspot.
I cannot tell you anymore than this but maybe it will spark a dialog of more folks trying to do what you want.

I do know that blogger (blogspot) does not support direct uploads/downloads. I have been working on this same issue for a while! I am working on my own website where I can upload files and share them directly from there. I have also used 4 shared and it worked well.

Like Susan, I also use blogspot and 4shared, seems to be the simplest way to go, easy to grab the link and link a word in your blog for the svg and share. Let us know your blog when you get it up and running and Good luck with it all

Love your BLOG...so many neat things.
I'd kill for the 3 column format, well not exactly but you know what I mean. I just can't seem to find a template that works.
You've done a great job!
OH I did find a link on your sight for the 3 column template. I've been working on it for an hour and almost have it "fixed" the way I want it.
