Hello fellow Cricut users,
I am wondering if anyone has made their own family decals on their windshields using the Cricut. I would like to get some tips and ideas on how to make them myself.
Thanks!
Jo

If so, yes, I have cut lots of vinyl for car windows.

I think if you go to svgcuts.com and do a search on their store for "Stick Figures" you'll find some for purchase.

I love doing the little families for my friends. I have me, my husband, and our son on the back of my suv with mickey ears and a mickey shirt, since we took my son to Disney last month. I also did a really cute one for my friend with her two dogs. She has a labrador and a chihauha (sp?) and I actually found clipart dogs that look EXACTLY like them. I need to get a pic of it and post it on here!

Ok I have been wondering about the samples other people are posting. With Todd's they each cut out as one piece which is easy for anyone to just peel and stick anywhere. Do the others have to be pieced? If so wouldn't that make it more difficult to give as a gift or whatever if they have to be pieced together?

I also have a post about this on my blog showing lots of options

Swirlie, I think people using the commercial sets are welding the pieces together in SCAL or Inkscape before cutting.

Hi Swirliepants, if you look further down the post where Todd created the svg stick family, Brittany turned it into a font complete with 'cheat sheet' and now you can pick individual pieces! Is that what you meant with your question? I'm excited to 'stretch' the dog into my dachshund!
