Craft Edge

I was trying to figure out the attached svg file font. If anyone has any ideas or coule let me know how to figure it out, I would appreciate it.

this looks exactly like the font from theknot.com so if anyone knows that font it would be great...

I thought it was 'cocktail shaker' but when I checked that doesn't have the loops over the h and k so no ideas sorry : (

I believe it's the sweetheart script font, and it's not a free font. One that is similar and free can be downloaded here:
