Craft Edge

Sorry if this a stupid question but can someone please tell me where to find and how to use a heart shape in inkscapes.
I cant seem to find that shape anywhere, except as a dingbat.

There is one in the basic shapes table. BTW, what is wrong with using a dingbat?
