tags for library

It would be great to be able to add tags to the library so you can quickly find something without hunting through all the fonts or dingbats you've downloaded. An example would be where I was looking for a Fleur de Lis. I know I have several items in my library that contain one, but the names (like DavysOtherDindgats) don't exactly help me find it.

Not sure what you mean but when you have the font library open and just type 1 letter like "s" it jumps to the fonts that begin with s.

I know that a few folks here don't use Lib it Up but I find it very convenient for just the things you use all the time but are in several different fonts.

I create a Lib It Up Library of just those things.

You can download Lib it Up here: http://www.craftedge.com/download/download.html

Where a tag would come in handy is when the name in the library doesn't necessarily imply what images are in it. Let's say you are looking for a dingbat of a castle. Well, there are several ttf files that have that, but none of the library file names say "castle". If I had the ability to add a tag ones where I found a castle, I could simply look up "castle" and any file in the library I've tagged with castle would come up. This would keep me from having to click on every name in the library trying to find a castle.

Looks like Lib it up is just for svg files. I'll have to explore that some more.

Thanks!

I would love to be able to have more than 10 items in each lib file...
some way to preview larger size would also be great..
you all are doing a FANTASTIC job... love this program..
thanks,
Tammy
