FLip Flops -3d

I took the beach sandals from HeatherM. (the welded ones in borders) and added a platform. The finish height is approximately an inch high. I used a perforating tool and allowed another 1/4 " so I could snip it down to the perforated area and shape and glue them, added ribbon. I also took a small piece of paper underneath and secued in the middle near the arch area to help hold the shape because the paper was lightweight...thought it would make them fun for a table top decoration.
