Craft Edge

I currently use Sure Cuts A Lot 5 Pro and Adobe Illustrator CC 64 bit, so I tried installing the 64 bit version of the "Adobe Illustrator Export Plugin". However, there is no extra option within File > Scripts. So I tried installing the 32 bit version, and still, nothing.

I have used this plugin in previous versions of Sure Cuts A Lot and it has been successful, but since I upgraded to SCAL Pro 5 it does not work.

Can anyone please help me diagnose the issue?

I think you'll need to start a support ticket at Craft Edge's web site. I've personally never tested any of the plugins since I do all of my designing within SCAL itself.

Thanks for the reply. I have written a support ticket back on June 2nd and I have not received a reply. I have fully paid for this software, and I am really getting tired of not receiving answers from support.

Why am I being ignored? I really need to get this fixed. Someone please respond to my support inquires.

I recommend starting a new ticket. Having once worked for a company that had a ticket system, I know that tickets can sometimes get assigned to employees who "drop the ball." So, my recommendation is to keep trying.
