Exporting to PLT-format

Hi, since I have a new PC (Win10 home/ 64bits), It is impossible to install updates for SCAL5/pro. Also I can no more export to any format (especially, I need PLT-formats). Who can help? Thanks in advance

What exactly happens when you attempt to install a SCAL5Pro update? What version are you currently running?

Hi Sandy, thanks for the quick responce. I use the version 5.013. Now, it seems it is the latest version of SCAL5/pro. But before I have had the message " error deletfile: ..." or something; It was on the first PC-crash, a week ago. Now I can no more export on any format (no SVG, no PLT, no png;;;). I especially need the PLT-format. When I click "export --> PLT, then the program shut-down (stops working). I hope you can give me a solution or a suggestion to tie something. Thanks in advance.
