I am new and guess I am doing something wrong. When SCL starts cuting it moves over the whole mat and cut 3 lines per word acroos, than goes back and cuts the fronts letters. The 3 line have cut so deeply that the letters are completely no good. I am cutting Vinyl at the same setting I have used in manual. This is a waste- Please help!!

Sounds like you have the trial download. In order to eliminate the lines, you need to get the full version. If that's note the case, you should message Todd. He'll answer very quickly.
